What the warranty covers
Warranty coverage may include manufacturing defects in eligible watch components under normal use. Coverage depends on the product type, supplier terms, and applicable consumer protection laws.
What is not covered
The warranty does not usually cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, normal wear, strap wear, cosmetic scratches, water damage caused by improper use, or damage after modification.

Please contact us with your order number, product name, photos or videos showing the issue, and a short description of the problem. We will review the case and provide the next steps.
