12-Month Limited Warranty
DailyTime Store provides a 12-month limited commercial warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty may cover:
- Mechanical movement malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect
- Defects in the winding, setting, or crown mechanism
- Manufacturing defects affecting the case, dial, hands, clasp, or other original watch components
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, crystal damage, or cosmetic aging
- Wear of straps, leather, rubber, fabric, or other consumable parts
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, impact, neglect, magnetic exposure, or improper storage
- Water damage caused by use beyond the stated water-resistance rating, an unsecured crown, or unauthorized opening of the watch
- Damage caused by third-party repair, modification, or servicing
- Customized artwork, logo design preferences, or customer-supplied artwork issues after mockup approval

- Order number
- Clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the issue
- Your shipping address
Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
For verified manufacturing defects, DailyTime Store will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement parts, replacement, partial refund, or refund where repair or replacement is not reasonable.
This commercial warranty does not exclude or reduce any mandatory legal rights available to consumers under applicable law.
