A repeat watch order is easier when the approved model and artwork are recorded. Product availability and components can change, so reference the previous specification and ask what remains identical before paying for another batch.
Keep the original reference
Retain the model, variant or SKU, approved artwork revision, logo dimensions and any sample photos. Include the previous project reference in your inquiry. A brand name or an image of the finished dial alone may not identify every component.
Confirm substitutions before approval
Ask whether the case, movement, dial finish, bracelet and packaging remain available. If a component changes, request the revised specification and decide whether a new sample is needed. Do not assume an unchanged product title proves an identical build.
Recheck price and timing
Quantity, shipping and setup requirements may differ from the first order. Request current terms rather than treating a historical quote as permanently valid. State the deadline and destination along with any new engraving or variant mix.
Compare a current model
See Customizable Gold Classic Watch - 36mm | W-0095 for the current options, specifications and price, and compare the customizable watches collection.
Request a custom logo quote with the model, quantity, artwork and destination. For a parts or fit question, include the exact model and measurements.
