Artwork preparation is easiest when you know the intended logo location and approximate physical size. DailyTime accepts AI, PDF, SVG and PNG files for review; vector files are preferred, while PNG suitability depends on clarity and the selected process.
Send a vector original when available
AI, SVG and some PDF files can preserve clean edges when scaled. A PDF containing a low-resolution screenshot is still a raster image. Include the intended text and confirm that fonts or outlines render correctly when the file is opened elsewhere.
Use PNG for assessment, not assumed approval
A clear PNG can help communicate the design, but a small image stretched across a page will not gain detail. Avoid screenshots with interface borders or heavy compression. The production team needs to confirm whether the artwork can be reproduced at the intended size and by the chosen method.
Share a clean, controlled revision
Provide a view-only file link with no password or personal account access in the inquiry. Name the final revision and keep only the relevant logo in the working file. Confirm that you own or are authorized to use the artwork before approving production.
