Private Label Watches: Plan Your First Collection

Customizable Gold Classic Watch - 36mm | W-0095

A private label watch project starts with a product brief, not a logo file. Decide who will wear the watch, the intended retail position, movement preference, case size, target quantity and delivery country. Branding an existing watch and developing new components are different projects, with different costs and minimum quantities.

Choose the scope before requesting a price

For an existing watch, specify the model and variant, dial mark and any caseback text. For a new design, separate the changes you need: a different dial layout, case, hands, movement or packaging. A one-piece logo service on a selected existing model does not establish a one-piece minimum for newly tooled components.

Build a brief that can be quoted

Include a product link, quantity by color, vector artwork, logo position, preferred delivery date and destination. Ask for watch cost, artwork or setup cost, sample cost, packaging and shipping to be separated. Confirm whether tooling or repeat-order setup charges apply.

Approve a sample and a repeatable specification

Review spelling, logo position, dial readability, finish, dimensions and the selected movement. Keep the approved artwork revision and written model specification with the order. For a repeat batch, confirm that the same components and finish remain available rather than assuming an unchanged model name guarantees them.

Compare a current model

See Customizable Gold Classic Watch - 36mm | W-0095 for the current options, specifications and price, and compare the customizable watches collection.

Request a custom logo quote with the model, quantity, artwork and destination. For a parts or fit question, include the exact model and measurements.
