Custom Logo Watches From 1 Piece: How It Works

A custom watch does not have to begin with a factory-sized order. DailyTime Store offers custom logo watches from 1 piece on selected watch models, which gives businesses, project owners, and early-stage watch brands a practical way to test an idea before ordering a larger batch.

The service is based on adding your own authorized logo or artwork to an eligible existing watch. Depending on the model and production method, possible positions include the dial, crown, caseback, and buckle. A mockup is confirmed before production, so the first paid sample can also serve as a useful prototype for an internal review, a client presentation, or a future small-batch order.

Here is how the one-piece process works, what the published fees cover, and what to decide before sending your artwork.

What "from 1 piece" actually means

The minimum order quantity for DailyTime Store's custom logo service starts at one watch. This applies to selected watches and available branding methods; it does not mean that every watch in the catalog supports every logo position or process.

It is also useful to distinguish base-watch customization from developing an entirely new watch. A one-piece order normally starts with an existing watch model and adds approved branding. Creating a new case, a new movement, or a dial construction from scratch is a different type of project with different tooling and quantity requirements.

If you are still choosing a base model, browse the automatic watch collection for possible directions, then confirm customization eligibility before ordering.

Why start with one custom watch?

A single piece is useful when the main goal is learning, approval, or presentation rather than immediate volume.

  • Microbrand concept: See how a logo's scale, color, and position work on an actual watch before planning a batch.
  • Corporate approval: Give a marketing, procurement, or management team a physical sample to review.
  • Client presentation: Show a branded gift proposal without committing to a full event quantity first.
  • Personal project: Produce one watch with artwork you own or are authorized to use.
  • Reorder planning: Approve a repeatable artwork and process combination before scaling up.

A one-piece prototype cannot answer every production question. Colors and fine details can appear different on metal than on a screen, and a process suitable for one dial may not suit another. That is why the mockup and production review are part of the order.

The custom logo watch process

1. Choose a watch and quantity

Start with the watch style, movement type, case size, dial color, and budget. Also state whether the first watch is a finished one-off or a prototype for a later order. If a larger batch may follow, share the expected quantity so the proposed method can be considered in that context.

2. Send your artwork

DailyTime Store accepts AI, PDF, SVG, and PNG files. Vector artwork is preferred because it can usually be resized without losing clean edges. A PNG may be usable when it is clear and has enough resolution, but production suitability still needs to be checked.

Use only your own logo or artwork that you have permission to reproduce. DailyTime Store does not provide third-party brand replicas, and customers are responsible for having the right to use any submitted logo, trademark, text, or design.

3. Confirm the position and production method

Potential positions are the dial, crown, caseback, and buckle. The dial supports several published process options, while crown, caseback, and buckle customization is available by laser engraving only. Availability still depends on the selected watch and the space available.

4. Review the mockup

The mockup confirms the intended artwork, placement, and basic layout before production. Review spelling, orientation, proportions, color instructions, and the exact watch model carefully. Production begins after mockup approval and payment, so this is the point to request corrections.

5. Production and shipping

Custom production normally takes 7-15 business days after mockup approval and payment. That is a production estimate, not a delivery promise. Shipping time depends on the destination and route, and the available options are confirmed separately.

Published customization fees

The cost of a project includes the watch, the selected process, any applicable mold or plate fee, labor, and shipping. The following customization fees were listed in the Customization Service Guide on August 21, 2026:

Dial process One-time mold or plate fee
Laser engraving Free
Silk screen printing, 1 color US$25
Silk screen printing, 2 colors US$35
Silk screen printing, 3 or more colors US$50
UV printing US$15 for up to 5 pieces per plate
Metal UP Sticker US$45 for up to 100 pieces per plate

The published labor fee is US$10 per customized watch for 1-2 pieces, US$5 per watch for 3-9 pieces, and free for 10 or more pieces. Labor is charged once per customized watch even when several eligible positions are used on that watch. A reorder using the same approved logo and process does not require the mold or plate fee again.

These figures do not by themselves form a complete project total. Artwork, watch model, logo size, number of colors, surface, and technical limits can change the recommended process. Confirm the current quotation before paying.

How to choose a logo method

Begin with the result you need rather than selecting a process by price alone.

  • Number of colors: State whether the logo must use one exact color, several colors, or a single engraved finish.
  • Small details: Fine lines and small text need a production review at the actual intended size.
  • Surface and position: A dial, crown, caseback, and buckle do not offer the same area or surface.
  • Prototype versus batch: A low initial fee may suit one sample, while repeatability may matter more for a later order.
  • Brand consistency: Supply a vector master file and clear color references when exact brand presentation matters.

DailyTime Store selects the final process with the artwork, model, size, colors, and placement in view. For corporate gifts, private events, brand programs, or microbrand concepts, the small-batch custom service provides a place to share quantity, packaging direction, budget, and timing together.

What to include in your request

A complete brief reduces back-and-forth and makes the first mockup more useful. Include:

  • the watch model or preferred watch style;
  • the quantity now and any possible later quantity;
  • the desired logo position or positions;
  • an AI, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution PNG file;
  • required colors and any brand guidelines;
  • your target budget and required date;
  • the destination country; and
  • confirmation that you own or are authorized to use the artwork.

Before approving a custom order, read the store's custom watch FAQ, especially the terms covering mockup approval and customized returns.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order just one custom logo watch?

Yes. The custom logo service starts from one piece on selected watch models. The available process and logo positions must be confirmed for the chosen model.

Can the logo go on the dial?

Yes, when the selected watch and artwork are suitable. Published dial options include laser engraving, silk screen printing, UV printing, and Metal UP Sticker. The final method is confirmed after the artwork and watch are reviewed.

Can I add a logo to the crown, caseback, or buckle?

Those positions may be available depending on the watch. DailyTime Store's published guide specifies laser engraving for crown, caseback, and buckle customization.

How long does a custom watch take?

Production normally takes 7-15 business days after mockup approval and payment. Delivery time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping route.

Can I use another company's logo?

Only if you own the relevant rights or have authorization to use it. Replica branding and unauthorized third-party trademarks are not accepted.

Start with a watch you can review in person

A one-piece order keeps the first decision focused: select an eligible watch, submit authorized artwork, approve the mockup, and inspect the finished result before considering a larger quantity. To begin, upload your logo and request a custom watch review.
