14-day return period for eligible non-custom products
Eligible non-custom products may be returned by contacting us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email dailytimestore@gmail.com with your order number, product, delivery date, and reason for return. Wait for our return address and instructions before shipping anything back.
Condition of returned products
For voluntary returns outside mandatory rights, returned products must be complete, unused, unworn, unaltered, and in a condition that permits resale as new, with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, gifts, and included parts. Mandatory statutory inspection and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Custom or personalized products
Products made or modified to the customer's specifications—including custom logos, engraving, printed artwork, personalized text, or made-to-order work—are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return after the artwork or mockup is approved and production has started, to the extent permitted by law.
This exclusion does not apply to a confirmed defect or malfunction, transit damage, a wrong item, or a material difference from the approved artwork or mockup.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise. For a confirmed defect, transit damage, wrong item, or material customization error, we will provide instructions and pay or reimburse reasonable return shipping where required.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or issue is reviewed. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Do not send products to the registered company address unless DailyTime Store specifically confirms that address for your return. Contact us first for the correct return instructions.
