Return eligibility

Custom or personalized products
Custom logo, engraving, special packaging, bulk, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for standard returns unless there is a confirmed defect or fulfillment issue.
Refund process
Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method after the returned item or issue has been reviewed.
Before you return an item
